A competition has been announced for another five regular route lines, the activities of which have been analyzed on the basis of received applications from citizens and in which shortcomings in the performance of passenger transportation have been identified. The competition concerns routes numbered 44, 57, 194, 202 and 214.

The competition is held in accordance with the "Rules for holding a competition to attract carriers to passenger transportation on regular intra-city (intra-district), inter-city and international routes by road", approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated April 3, 2009 No. 52. Those wishing to participate in the competition can apply to the Baku Transport Agency.
