According to Resolution No. 52 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan of 3 April 2009, a tender for bus routes N: 3, 4, 15, 65, 149, 164 and 195 is announced.

It should be noted that a tender on all regular bus routes existing in the administrative territory of Baku will be held. The goal is to ensure compliance with the relevant requirement of "Resolution No. 52 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan of April 3, 2009". Improving the quality of passenger transportation is also one of the main objectives of the tender.
